  Ate snack here. Off street parking or lot 2 hours limit. Service slow for so few people in restaurant. Ordered fish porridge, very good. House special pan fried noodles good. Not bad, okay place to eat.

  Please don't come here. I'm going have to admit. I'll start with the positive. The service HAS IMPROVED. It used to be terrible.
  
  This place is empty most of the time and there's a reason behind it. They raised prices like crazy. I used to order the chow funs and it would be under $10 for decent sized portion, now it's $16 for the same thing. Really $16 for a regular chicken chow fun? Kind of insane.
  
  In addition to that the wait time is really bad especially for to-go orders. I should not have to wait 40 minute for an order that I already called in for.
  
  Quality of food is about the same as the past. IF you have to get something from here go for their baked dishes. They add a good amount of cheese to their sauces.

  This place is looking tired. It doesn't seemed to have been updated or even cleaned in years. The food quality has gone down hill. The service is worst than the average Chinese restaurant with a case of "I don't care" attitude.
  
  I went for lunch the other day because I had a craving for soul food. I ordered the wonton noodles with roast duck. The duck was overly salty, the wonton was soft and tasteless and finally the noodles were lifeless.
  
  I should have walked out when there was only 2 other customers there during lunch time. What a change for the worst. This one time "go to" place is now a definite "no go" for me.

  You don't come here for the service (although we did get our tea really quickly) or the cleanliness, but come here for the food.
  
  Service: opposite of friendly or welcoming. Didn't refill tea unless asked.
  Food: very good. Can't go wrong with any noodle dish.
  Price: honestly I expected it to be cheaper.
  Parking: free lot in back.

  Service is still lackluster, but luckily I tried their breakfast today and really liked the preserved eggs and pork jook! The pork is lean and had good flavor (unlike some other places where the pork is fatty or full of gristle). Breakfast comes with a hot milk tea (strong and sweet just the way I like it), and comes out to about $8.50 including tax.
  
  They have western and Chinese breakfasts; I'll be back to try their other breakfast dishes.
